THE CHESTNUTS OF CAMPORA HAVE ARRIVED

Ancient variety of the Parma mountain. It has been present in these lands for centuries, in which it has perfectly adapted, and probably already widespread at the time of Matilde di Canossa.
It is distinguished from chestnut trees for the shape of the dome-like crown and for the leaves that take on a darker green color.
The brown is normally harvested in October and officially marks the end of the hot season which gives way to autumn. Excellent roasted in the typical perforated pans or boiled in water for about 1 not.
