Mauro Carboni is an expert in plant biodiversity and the recovery of ancient varieties. Immediately after earning a degree in Agriculture, start an intense activity of research on native cultivars of the provinces of emilia, which supports teaching assignments and training courses. In 2006 he founded the Associazione Parmense Growers, that, starting from the cataloguing of the ancient local strains, by evaluating the genetic make-up and finally, reintroducing the seedlings obtained from cuttings, comes in short, to produce an oil among the best in Italy.
In the following years, affirms as a consultant agronomist and extends its field of action to more advanced techniques such as trunk injection and analysis stability trees. He is the author of numerous specialist publications and technical point of reference for prestigious companies specialized in products of the highest quality.
Alessio Zanon, veterinarian, he has participated in several projects in regional and provincial. First, the recovery of poultry native to the Emilia-Romagna region, of the black pig, sheep Cornella and Cornigliese, then he worked on the drafting of guidelines for the conservation of biodiversity to the Fao on a commission of the Conference of the State and the Regions and worked with regional bodies for the drafting of certain important laws in the field of preservation of livestock biodiversity. Expert in animal biodiversity, he takes care of the "Stable Salvezza" in Rivalta, collaborates with various publishing houses of the sector. The latest ambitious project involves the complete upgrade of the already well-known Atlas of Native Italian Breeds and the creation of an atlas that resembles the small species (avicunicoli and doves).
