The Black Pork ham aged 36 months, a deep red color and intense taste, recalls the scent of the forest and has a deep sweetness that comes from the type of breeding and outdoor feeding.
The intensity of the flavor grows further when the ham is cut by hand. The choice of a strictly artisanal production combined with the exclusion of additives allows to reach an extraordinary quality: meats and cured meats with the aromas and flavors of the past. Black Pork Ham differs in a higher percentage of omega 3. In addition, the omega 3 and omega 6 ratio is more balanced, for the benefit of a healthier diet. It contains fewer saturated and more unsaturated fatty acids. To fully appreciate the particularity of the ham it is advisable to bring the product to room temperature.
