Apennine National Park
The Apennines, which rises between the sea of Tuscany and the plains of Emilia, breathe the air of Europe and the Mediterranean sea. The Ridge runs through the thread of the 2000 meters. Below there are centers and lively commercial services and small rural villages, placed in the valleys, under the steep slopes of the Lunigiana and the Garfagnana, with a strong history deeply in the Italian and european rich and troubled, that has left wherever churches and castles, also of great architectural value, built and rebuilt as a network of civilization, and the presidium, particularly from the dynasties of noble and stately homes of the middle ages.
