FRESH DONKEY'S MILK

Milked on the Montebaducco farm in Quattro Castella, on the hills of Reggio Emilia, in an estate of approx 60 hectares where donkeys are raised in large spaces. Fresh and with a delicate and very digestible taste, the precious and rare donkey milk is the closest to maternal milk. You can drink it as you normally do with cow's milk. The donkeys of the Borghi family are fed exclusively with organic products consisting mainly of fodder and cereals.
