È ARRIVATO L’OLIO NUOVO DI OLIVASTRA SEGGIANESE

Olivastra Seggianese is an ancient native cultivar of Mount Amiata, olive trees often over a hundred years old whose presence, concentrated mainly in the foothills area of the Grossetano side, is witnessed from the Etruscan age. A wild and rustic cultivar, that gives a different oil in its being but decided, reflecting a land that combines harmonious contrasts between rolling hills and steep slopes, delicate views and a difficult and impervial earth shape. The pursuit of quality is handed down from generation to generation. The olive trees have belonged to the Netti family for a little less than 150 Years. First the commitment of Anna's ancestors, then that of her husband Silvano contributed to the safeguarding of an increasingly rare species to find, yet able to give an extra virgin olive oil with a unique flavor.
