THE RED TERMARINA GRAPES OF BARBOJ HAVE ARRIVED

In Rivalta di Lesignano de' Bagni between gullies and Barboj (volcanoes of mud and salt water) an ancient variety has been recovered, present in the Parma area as early as the eighteenth century. The Termarina grape has small, seedless berries. Very sweet, it is ideal for fresh consumption or for the preparation of juices and jams.
