FROM LIGURIA THE BORAGINE RAVIOLO

Typical fresh pasta with ricotta and borage filling, herb queen of Ligurian cuisine. The leaves are used, bullous and fleshy, gray-green color, which are harvested before flowering to keep their tenderness and their delicate flavor.
